Restored and returned to the city, the six hundred-year-old warehouses of Hoepcke Group now house a multipurpose complex with two thousand square meters of entertainment.

Carl Hoepcke Square

The choice for outdoor spaces is a habit that was consolidated after 2020. If squares were already important elements for promoting health and wellness in cities, today they are a necessity.

That's why Armazém Rita Maria and Complex Carl Hoepcke have two open-air squares. Carl Hoepcke Square integrates the historic, gastronomic and leisure space with the executive center. With Beiramar Norte and  Hercílio Luz Bridge view, its gardens and fountains offer tranquility, contemplation and connection with nature.

On the other hand, Annita Hoepcke da Silva Square provides the delicious living energy of children and animals. Designed by the landscape architect Ana Trevisan, the square has playful furniture created especially for families to play and have fun outdoors!
